**Job Overview:**

We're seeking an experienced R&D Strategist to lead our innovation initiatives, collaborating across departments, and maintaining strong client relationships. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing product roadmaps, gathering customer feedback, and ensuring alignment with market trends.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct industry and market research to identify valuable opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Drive projects forward using a user-story-based approach, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmaps.
  • Develop user-stories that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the R&D team, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Visit clients on-site to gather feedback and ensure the successful implementation of pilot projects.
  • Present insights and findings to senior leadership and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives, ensuring all stages align with business goals and objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Computer Science).
  • 3+ years of experience in R&D strategy, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and translate business goals into actionable plans.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and project oversight.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
