Job Title: Makeup Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Makeup Artist to join our team at Orchid 11 Day Spa and Laser Centre Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying cosmetic and special effects makeup to performers, as well as overseeing the acquisition, fitting, and maintenance of costumes and wardrobes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff and ensure that all makeup and costume requirements are met.
  • Set up, operate, and make repairs to light and other electrical equipment.
  • Schedule and oversee rehearsals to ensure that all makeup and costume elements are in place.
  • Co-ordinate the work of camera operators and other technical staff to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Audition and cast performers for roles, taking into account their makeup and costume requirements.
  • Assist in preparing the construction specifications for sets and ensure that all makeup and costume elements are integrated into the design.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
