The Opportunity

The Installation Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the installation crew and working with them to install/replace PVC windows and doors at residential worksites. Under the leadership of the Installation Manager, the successful candidate will have a proven background leading a team and managing people in a fast-paced construction environment.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience preferred
  • Physically capable of safely lifting, carrying, and pushing 50-75 lbs
  • Proven ability to analyze problems and prioritize work
  • Capable of using hand and power tools, as required
  • Required to be punctual and reliable
  • Must be comfortable working on ladders and planks
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Must reside in Greater Vancouver
  • Complete fluency in the English language; both written and verbal

Responsibilities of the Position

  • Planning and supervision of installation process from final measurements through installation
  • Delegation and organization of Installation Crew on site
  • Ensure health & safety compliance standards are met by all team members on site
  • Oversee and participate in site clean up process
  • Maintain Client satisfaction, ensuring quality of work and timeline expectations are met
