Job Title: Appliance Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team at 1192901 Ontario Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining electrical appliances and components, using schematic drawings and product manuals to diagnose and repair faults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare written estimates of repair costs
  • Diagnose faults using testing devices and refer to schematic drawings or product manuals to repair parts
  • Repair electrical appliances and components, and replace faulty components
  • Use shop equipment and specialized diagnostic and programming apparatus to repair, adjust and reprogram appliances
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be willing to travel and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
