Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team at Global Scales and Systems Inc. As an Appliance Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical appliances and components, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose faults in electrical appliances
  • Repair and maintain electrical appliances and components using specialized diagnostic and programming apparatus
  • Prepare written estimates of repair costs and advise customers on work performed and condition of equipment
  • Plan and optimize service routes to ensure efficient use of time and resources
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in electrical appliance repair or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment
Work Environment

As an Appliance Service Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to work in a variety of settings, including customer homes and commercial locations.
