We are seeking an experienced painter to provide high-quality painting services for residential and commercial projects in Waterloo, Canada.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include preparing surfaces for painting, applying paint and finishes, inspecting and touching up surfaces, and adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities:- Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and priming as required.
- Painting Services: Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to achieve a smooth finish.
- Quality Control: Inspect and touch up surfaces as needed to ensure client expectations are met.
- Safety First: Follow established safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions where possible.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrate proven experience as a painter, preferably in residential or commercial settings.
- Painting Knowledge: Possess knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and safety protocols.
