About the Role

We are seeking a highly responsible and caring individual to join our private household as a mother's helper. This is a permanent position requiring a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare and light housekeeping.

As a mother's helper, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care for our children, including changing diapers, preparing nutritious meals, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home. You will also assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents, performing light cleaning and ensuring that the home remains scent-free and non-smoking.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Fluency in English or French is required, with a preference for those who can speak both languages.

Work Environment

This is a 40-hour per week position, working in a non-traditional setting where flexibility and adaptability are essential. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our team.
