About the Role:

We are looking for compassionate and empathetic individuals who can assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
  • Provide support with medication administration and daily exercises.
  • Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with light household duties, such as cleaning and meal preparation.
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Canada.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients.
  • Physical ability to perform lifting and supporting movements.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Salary and Benefits:
