About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Reporting Specialist to join our growing team at Intact Financial Corporation. As a member of the People Analytics function, you will play a critical role in delivering metrics from Workday that will support our HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance Workday reporting with a focus on creating an org-wide reporting strategy.
  • Implement and automate HR data analysis, including developing data models, preparing reports, and data visualizations for storytelling.
  • Advise and support the HR community and executives, partnering to understand and identify their needs and recommending the appropriate tools.
  • Define key indicators and prepare dashboards to identify issues and support initiatives.
  • Support user training and change management activities.

Requirements

  • University degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analysis, business analysis, or human resources, or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role.
  • Minimum of 2 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or HR analytics.
  • Strong experience with building reports in Workday.
  • Work experience in an HR role is an asset.
  • Strong data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of a data visualization tool.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing and business presentations.
  • Ability to present operational problems in a precise and concise manner to an audience, and to solve them effectively.
  • Comfortable working with all levels of management and collaborating with various stakeholders and demonstrating excellent collaboration abilities.
  • Bilingual in both English and French, with the ability to interact regularly with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.
