Job Title: Analytical Scientist - Biologics Development Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Analytical Scientist to join our team at the National Research Council Canada. As an Analytical Scientist, you will play a key role in the development and characterization of biologics-based therapeutics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of analytical assays for biologics-based therapeutics
  • Characterize viral vectors and other biologics-based therapeutics
  • Develop and optimize analytical methods for protein characterization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop biologics-based therapeutics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Virology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related field
  • Experience in supporting the development of analytical assays
  • Experience in mammalian cell culture for use in cell-based assays
  • Experience working with and characterizing viral vectors and other biologics-based therapeutics
