We are seeking a highly skilled National Education and Engagement Specialist to join our team at Manulife Insurance Malaysia. As a key member of our Client Relations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing education strategies to engage clients and their members in their retirement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement education strategies that meet their objectives.
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure successful implementation of education initiatives.
- Participate in sales and business development efforts to retain existing clients and acquire new business.
- Education Strategy and Development:
- Develop comprehensive education strategies to engage clients and their members in their retirement programs.
- Analyze member behavior and benchmark data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted education initiatives.
- Design and deliver custom communications to support education strategies and client projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage multichannel technology and increase reach and impact.
- Project Management and Reporting:
- Work with clients and project teams to develop detailed action plans and work-back schedules for communication tasks.
- Provide regular project updates on progress and timeline, critical tasks, and any outstanding issues.
- Track and report success of education initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:

- Proven ability to present high-impact presentations in formal settings.
