Providence Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our Primary Care team at the Foundry Granville Clinic. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-line supervision and coordination of day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with Health Canada requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate client flow activities, develop protocols for improving client flow, and provide clinical direction.
- Assist the Manager with administrative activities, including budgeting, staff allocation, and equipment management.
- Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities, including evaluating client care practices and generating recommendations for alternative approaches.
- Engage in ongoing team planning, development, evaluation, and quality improvement activities to facilitate team goal setting, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and collaboration.
- Registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as a practicing RN or RPN registrant.
- Three years' recent, related nursing experience in community health nursing, including one year's related leadership/supervisory experience.
- Completion of the Point of Care HIV Testing course and successful completion of the BCCDC Immunization certificate.
- STI Management Certified Practice (or evidence of enrollment) required.
- Reproductive Health Certified Practice strongly preferred.
