In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of a private residence. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish various floor surfaces
  • Dust and maintain furniture
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered items
  • Make beds and change linens
  • Distribute fresh towels and personal care items
  • Organize and stock the linen closet
  • Clean, sanitize, and shine kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Remove debris and empty waste receptacles
  • Launder clothing and household textiles
  • Perform light cleaning and housekeeping tasks
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Iron and press clothing and household textiles
  • Carefully hand iron fine linens or dry-cleaned silk garments
Qualifications:
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in a comparable role
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Proficient in English
  • Availability: 30 hours per week
