Job Title: Residential Cleaning Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Service Manager to join our team at Compass Group Canada.

Job Summary:

The Residential Cleaning Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential cleaning services, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Plan and control budgets and inventory to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise in-house laundry services to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate the work of subordinates to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
