Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Merchandising Results: Identify volume opportunities, provide excellent customer service, supply product information, and ensure product dominance and distribution.
  • Execute Sales and Merchandising Strategies: Communicate and execute sales and merchandising strategies, promotions, and guidelines to clients in the assigned territory.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, negotiate product placement, and communicate client information and sell promotions.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of sales, merchandising, and customer interactions using handheld reporting and other digital tools.
  • Meet Sales and Merchandising Objectives: Meet or exceed sales and merchandising objectives, including new item placement, maintaining 100% distribution on existing items, and ensuring adherence to shelving guidelines and plan-o-grams.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior territory retail experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong relationship and persuasive communication skills, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical Skills: Computer literate and comfortable using digital technology, including handheld devices and cameras.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs, stand, bend, and reach on a daily basis.
  • Transportation: Regular access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a safe driving record.
