We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pre-Planning Director. As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to work with families to plan and prepare for their funeral needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their funeral planning needs.
  • Communicate the benefits of our pre-need funeral planning program to clients and their families.
  • Generate new business leads through referrals, walk-ins, and mail drops.
  • Work with at-need families to promote our after-care program.
  • Present to community organizations and host seminars to promote our pre-need funeral program.
Requirements
  • Passion for customer care and a strong discipline for working in a customer-centric service organization.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with Cemetery Operations, Funeral and Home Office Centres of Excellence to achieve Company revenue goals and objectives.
