**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Greenhouse Horticulturist to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our crops, from budding trees to harvesting coniferous and deciduous species.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bud and graft trees, shrubs, and plants
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas
• Mix and prepare soils for optimal plant growth
• Apply fertilizers and insecticides as needed
• Assist in pruning, transplanting, and watering plants

Work Environment and Requirements:

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, including wet, hot, and fast-paced environments.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and work efficiently in a repetitive task setting.

Additional requirements include strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Benefits and Compensation:

This is a full-time seasonal position, with a salary range of $17.30 per hour, paid bi-weekly. You will have access to steel-toed safety boots, gloves, and other necessary equipment.
