About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our resort's building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including daily meter readings, pool water chemical testing, and filter changing
  • Respond to emergencies, including fire alarms and building management system alarms
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Provide general assistance to skilled trade persons, including mechanics, electricians, carpenters, and plumbers
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school
  • Trades certification or engineering education is strongly preferred, but experience in maintenance may substitute
  • Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Excellent commitment to service and teamwork
  • Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check
