About the Role:
- Lead the leadership team and frontline staff fostering a culture of trust, innovation, and excellence.
- Drive the transformation of our long-term care site ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our mission and values.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment that empowers our dedicated team.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility including budget management and resource allocation.
What You'll Need:
- BCCNM Registered Nurse (RN or LPN) with 3 years leadership experience in care home administration or leadership.
- Proven track record of successful leadership in healthcare.
- Innovative thinker with a commitment to integrity and ethical practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
