We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of specialty foods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for various baked goods according to recipes and customer orders
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to meet quality standards
  • Train staff in preparation and handling of food
  • Ensure kitchen and food service areas meet established standards
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods
Working Conditions:

The Baker will work in a commercial bakery environment with exposure to flour, sugar, and other ingredients. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
