We are seeking a skilled Specialty Foods Baker to join our team at Tandoori Bites. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of sweet and savory treats for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Prepare special orders to meet customer demands.
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
We specialize in East Indian cuisine, and we are looking for a baker who can help us create delicious and authentic dishes for our customers.
ExperienceWe are looking for a baker with 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask with ease.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English, and you should be fluent in this language to communicate effectively with our team and customers.Work Setting
