We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dishroom Coordinator to join our team at WIMPY'S DINER. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our dishroom area.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standard, and that the dishroom area is kept tidy and organized at all times.
You will also be responsible for:
- Loading and unloading dishes from the dishwasher
- Cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organized dishroom area
- Replenishing supplies as needed
- Working collaboratively with other members of the support staff to ensure seamless operation of the dishroom
We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required, as full training will be provided
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
