Stucco Plasterer

We are seeking a skilled Stucco Plasterer to join our team at Hawk Exteriors Inc. as a key member of our exterior finishing team.
Key Responsibilities- Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Clean and prepare surfaces to ensure a strong bond between plaster and surface.
- Cure freshly plastered surfaces to achieve the desired texture and appearance.
- Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency for optimal application.
- Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings to create a unique finish.
- Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces.
- Work in a fast-paced exterior finishing environment with varying locations.
- Stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Work in a team environment with a focus on quality and safety.
- Have a strong hand-eye coordination and be able to perform repetitive tasks.
- Work a regular 32-hour week with a permanent contract.
- Communicate effectively in English and work in a diverse team environment.
