Executive Vice President of Manufacturing Operations

About the Role:
Gryphon Corporate Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President of Manufacturing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational performance of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior manufacturing leadership role
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management and team leadership
