Executive Vice President of Manufacturing Operations

Gryphon Corporate Group Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Manufacturing to lead our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions and divisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
- Coordinate work across regions, divisions, and departments
- Establish financial and administrative controls
- Formulate and approve promotional campaigns and human resources planning
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

- 30 to 40 hours per week
