Job Title: Home Support Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Attendant to join our team at 057033 NB Inc. As a Home Support Attendant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Feed or assist in feeding clients, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Punctuality, client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player skills are essential.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
Work Environment:

Our clients live in non-smoking environments, and we require our Home Support Attendants to maintain a smoke-free workplace.

Language:

The primary language of work is English, and proficiency in English is required.Work Hours:

40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
