Job Title: Home Support Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Attendant to join our team at NB Inc. As a Home Support Attendant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our clients.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Feed or assist in feeding, ensuring our clients receive the nutrition they need.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Provide personal care, including assistance with daily living activities.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Punctuality, client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player attitude.
Work Environment:

Our clients live in non-smoking environments, and our team members are expected to maintain a smoke-free workplace.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift and move objects as needed.

Personal Suitability:

We are looking for individuals who are punctual, client-focused, dependable, and possess excellent oral communication skills. If you are a team player with a flexible attitude and a passion for providing exceptional care, we encourage you to apply.

Please note that this is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
