About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Sauce Recruitment Corp. As a key member of our insurance industry recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing a book of business, servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner, and assisting the producer in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the producer on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Delegate, develop, and coach the Account Assistant's work to ensure timelines are being met and to review accuracy of documentation.
- Collaborate with the producer to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand existing relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance.
- A Level 2 General insurance license is required.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Open mind with a teachable personality.
