Senior Quantitative Analyst Role Summary

This Senior Quantitative Analyst role plays a critical part in driving business growth through advanced analytics. As a key contributor to the investment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and implementation of complex analytical models that inform business decisions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Maintain and develop professional knowledge of techniques and developments in the field of quantitative analysis, and share knowledge with business partners and senior management.
  4. Evaluate the conceptual soundness of model methodology, reasonability of assumptions, and reliability of inputs; Suitability and comprehensiveness of performance metrics and risk measures associated with the use of the model.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Econometrics.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a quantitative role.
  3. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
  4. Familiarity with data visualization tools and technologies.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
