About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Chicken Palace Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Work closely with our management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior chef role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English.
