About the Role

This full-time position is located at our Harrison Way PSC facility and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients, explaining the specimen collection process, and ensuring they have followed necessary test protocol prior to specimen collection.
  • Preparing specimens for transportation and testing.
  • Maintaining client relationships, including responding to inquiries and following up on requests.

You will work closely with our team of passionate, caring, and diverse professionals to provide high-quality testing and results that Canadians can trust.
