Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Colborne Street Limited Partnership. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel, including staff management, guest services, and facilities maintenance.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent guest services and maintain the high standards of the hotel.
- Guest Services: Ensure that all guests receive a high level of service, including check-in, check-out, and any other requests or issues that may arise.
- Facilities Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's facilities, including the front desk, lobby, and guest rooms.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, ensuring that all financial aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations, management, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
