Job Summary

The Hospitality Attendant is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to food and beverage service, including setting tables, replenishing condiments, and cleaning the dining area. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Set tables with clean linens, plates, glasses, and silverware
  • Replenish condiments, sugars, and other supplies as needed
  • Clean and sanitize the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
  • Restock refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards with food and beverages
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory
  • Handle and store cleaning products and chemicals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
