About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Agency Manager to join our team at Best Royal Recruiting & Immigration. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our employment agency, ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Management

Develop and implement budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that all financial resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.

Policy Development and Implementation

Design, develop, and implement policies and procedures for our establishment, ensuring that they are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.

Supervision and Leadership

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to succeed in their roles.
