Experienced Aluminum Installation Specialist Wanted

At Capitall Windows, we are seeking a skilled and experienced aluminum installation specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position that involves installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, including aluminum windows and doors.
  • You will be responsible for reading blueprints and specifications to determine work requirements and ensuring that installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Your key responsibilities will include repairing and servicing exterior and interior prefabricated products, determining layout and installation procedures, measuring and marking guidelines, loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment, and utilizing hand and power tools.
  • You will also be required to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in aluminum window and door installation
  • Demonstrated expertise in reading blueprints and specifications
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent physical fitness and endurance
  • Punctual, accurate, client-focused, organized, and a team player
