Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and Document Business Requirements
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, functions, and processes related to new business conversions. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
Plan and Coordinate Business ActivitiesYou will plan and coordinate activities related to the retirement plan business conversions, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Resolve System Development IssuesAs a Business Analyst, you will also be responsible for performing reference documentation to solve errors/problems and documenting, tracking, and resolving system development issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. You will also need to have a strong understanding of business processes and systems.
