About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Reliability Specialist to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our site operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of building maintenance programs, facilities maintenance programs, and capital expenditure management to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Implement Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) methodologies to drive zero breakdowns and improve maintenance and operation team technical mastery.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to align priorities and deliver company objectives.
- Lead inventory optimization initiatives, such as Project Hercules, and work on reliability improvements and sustainability projects.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of maintenance and reliability principles, including Autonomous Maintenance and Progressive Maintenance.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to qualify and coach next-level work process owners.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with experience in ERP systems and computer proficiency.

Education and Certifications

Travel Requirements
This role involves occasional travel to Mondelēz plants in the GTA, with the primary work location at our Gladstone plant.
Work Schedule
Day shift, with no relocation support available.
