Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator - Equipment Reliability Specialist to join our team at Mondelēz International in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the execution of building maintenance programs, facilities maintenance programs, and capital expenditures management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the execution of building maintenance programs, facilities maintenance programs, and capital expenditures management to ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards.
  • Implement IL6S ways of working to deliver zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams.
  • Role model values and principles through effective coaching and building capability of operating teams via specific training on routine maintenance, equipment breakdown, and CIL techniques.
  • Interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop and maintain effective relationships and align priorities to deliver company objectives.
About the Role

This is a fixed-term position that involves visiting Mondelez plants in GTA as needed but work location would be at Gladstone plant. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge and skills to maintain dedicated equipment independently and lead a role for the line. They should also possess strong collaboration and relationship management skills.

Requirements:
  • Engineering graduate or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems and Progressive Maintenance Step 3
  • Experience in ERP systems and SAP
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
