Job Summary:

As an Assembly and Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and manufacturing of MCI coaches. You will work closely with our team to ensure every step meets our high standards and deadlines while actively promoting a safe working environment and complying with all Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) regulations, as well as Plant Safety rules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, assemble, and test various coach components efficiently within company-set Takt time.
  • Operate a variety of hand, air, and power tools such as drills, impact guns, grinders, sanders, and torque wrenches.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and read blueprints where applicable to ensure precision and quality.
  • Identify and resolve assembly issues to keep production on schedule.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area to meet 5S standards.
Requirements:
  • Able to read and follow work instructions and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is an asset.
  • A strong commitment to shop floor safety and compliance with HS&E regulations.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary:
