Main Responsibilities and Competencies

As a key member of our team, you will support the Cost Control Lead and Project Managers by providing complex project reporting on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, ensuring uncompromised quality. Your responsibilities will include performing various checks and balances throughout the project life cycle, making recommendations, and preparing EP/EPF cost reports for presentation to clients.

  • Cash flow development and reporting
  • Locked-in Accruals
  • Monitoring commitments, incurred, and actual costs
  • Performing cost variance analysis
  • Earned value management reporting
  • Change Management Coordination
  • Supporting class 3 cost estimates and control budget development
  • Performing ad-hoc project analysis and support
  • Managing databases and generating reports
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a related field (commerce, engineering, or similar) and five to eight years of financial analysis experience. You should possess a solid understanding of project cost control fundamentals, analytical skills, and experience in financial analysis, modeling, and budgeting methodologies. Proficiency in advanced MS Excel skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and people at a time are also essential.
