Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Plasma Cutting Specialist to join our team at Marcon Metalfab. As a CNC Plasma Cutting Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art plasma beamlines, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain plasma beamlines, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience with laser or plasma cutting of steel.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking and prioritizing.
  • Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and precision measurement equipment.
