The Role

This is a great opportunity to join our team as an Implementation Specialist. As the first point of contact for advisors and clients, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition process. This includes implementing and onboarding groups, resolving any issues that may arise, and providing exceptional customer service.

You'll work closely with our implementation manager to monitor group performance and identify any potential problems. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in this role.

About You

To be successful in this position, you'll need:

  • A university degree or diploma, or equivalent professional experience in group insurance administration or customer service
  • 1-3 years of experience in group insurance or benefits administration
  • Knowledge of the Canadian group insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
