Office Supervisor

Constant Home Comfort is seeking a skilled Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on office operations and performance.
- Ensure that all office equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working order.
- Identify and resolve any work-related problems or issues that may arise.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to ensure that deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support office operations.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that the office is properly staffed and that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
