Office Supervisor

At Constant Home Comfort, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Supervisor to join our team. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks effectively.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
- Team Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, establish work schedules, and offer mentoring to team members.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player qualities.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a permanent position and 30 hours per week.
Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, English language proficiency, and a strong ability to work in a team environment.
