We are looking for a **Junior Inventory Analyst**in our **Production Control** work group.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring inventory requirements that support manufacturing. You will utilize your analytical skills and proficiency with Excel to update reports, manage daily administration tasks and support the cycle count program.

**You will**:

- Assist in organizing and supporting the annual physical year-end inventory count.
- Schedule, analyze, and reconcile inventory transactions.
- Manage daily cycle count activities and work with the teams on the floor to investigate variances and perform required adjustments in Visual ERP.
- Monitor reports to ensure inventory transfers are properly transacted.
- Process Engineering Change Notice Documentation (ECO’s) from engineering and ensure inventory changes are tracked and processed correctly.
- Establish, maintain, and monitor various inventory reports and processes, such as Excess and Obsolete Inventory.
- Responsible for work order management through Visual; Create work orders, complying with all methods, systems, and processes, with full communication to ensure efficient and effective operations of scheduling activities.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the Production Control department in regard to work orders, drawings, and maintaining key reports.

Other duties as assigned/requested.

**You have**:

- Post-Secondary Education (University degree or College diploma in Materials Management considered an asset).
- Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience is required.
- Experience with Visual ERP an asset.
- Experience in a similar role an asset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks and ensuring deadlines are met and clearly communicated.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking and data management
- Detail oriented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with physical inventory management, software, and databases is an asset.
- Positive team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
