About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Website Specialist to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our website, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and provides an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage and update website content, including publishing new content and ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure website design and functionality meet business objectives.
  • Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure website meets accessibility and usability standards.
  • Support the development and launch of new digital projects, including requirements gathering, documentation, and user testing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and website management.
