Job Overview

At International People Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our affiliate marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Track and analyze the performance of our affiliate marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.
  2. Manage Affiliate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our affiliates to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  3. Recruit New Affiliates: Identify and recruit new affiliates to join our network, expanding our reach and increasing revenue.
  4. Meet Performance Goals: Work closely with our team to set and meet performance goals, driving revenue growth and affiliate engagement.
  5. Fraud Prevention and Compliance: Monitor affiliate activity to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with our network's policies and procedures.
  6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our affiliates, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  1. Experience in Affiliate Marketing: 2+ years of experience in the affiliate marketing industry, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Commercial Mindset: A commercial mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and affiliate engagement.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with affiliates.
  5. Knowledge of Tracking Systems: Knowledge of tracking systems and the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
