Veterinary Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician to join our team at CITY VETERINARY HOSPITAL. As a key member of our veterinary care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our veterinarians.
Responsibilities- Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, including handling and restraining animals, preparing and administering medications, and conducting laboratory research.
- Provide nursing care and rehabilitation therapy for animals, including wound and bandage care.
- Conduct and assist in laboratory research, ensuring accurate and timely results.
- Work collaboratively with our veterinary team to provide exceptional patient care and support.
- Registration by a provincial or territorial, or regional association as Registered Animal Health Technologist, Registered Veterinary Technician.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a veterinary setting.
- College/CEGEP education.
