Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in Lakeland, Parry Sound. As a Physiotherapist with Lifemark Seniors Wellness, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to seniors in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
- Provide ongoing evaluation and progress monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes
- Administer and collect outcome measurement information to inform treatment decisions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Communicate effectively with referral sources, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
- Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (Physiotherapy Residents welcome to apply)
- Graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program
- ADP Authorizer status (we can support your development in this area)
- Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months)
- Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance
- Proof of COVID vaccination
