Job Title: Project Applications Specialist

Telesat, a leading global satellite operator, is seeking a skilled Project Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to connect various enterprise business systems within Telesat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions within the organization's architectural principles, policies, and guidelines.
  • Participate in and/or lead the planning of integration projects.
  • Testing and troubleshooting integrations.
  • Implement audit, logging, and monitoring solutions of integration systems.
  • Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven technical project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
  • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology development, and data mapping.
  • Knowledge of relational database design and management techniques.
